As someone who has been deeply affected by the ongoing crisis in Palestine, I am moved to action. I have watched from afar as Palestinians suffer, feeling helpless as they are denied basic human rights such as access to water, food, and electricity. It is heartbreaking that these people are treated so differently when they too are humans just like everyone else.

The media narrative often seems skewed towards the Israeli perspective while neglecting the plight of Palestinians. This imbalance is a disservice to the truth and fuels misunderstanding and conflict. The media's role should be to inform objectively, not propagate biases.

According to Reporters Without Borders' 2020 World Press Freedom Index, Israel ranks 88th out of 180 countries in terms of press freedom due to its treatment of Palestinian journalists among other issues (Reporters Without Borders). This statistic shows there's a need for change in how news about this region is reported.

We must demand that all media outlets provide balanced coverage on this issue - showing both sides with equal fairness and objectivity. We must insist on accurate representation of facts rather than promoting misinformation or propaganda.

We call upon global news organizations and regulatory bodies such as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the US, Ofcom in UK etc., to ensure fair reporting standards are upheld when covering Israeli-Palestinian issues.
