We are victims of misleading advertising, educational negligence, financial fraud, sexual offences including rape and assault. We have been subjected to gaslighting and Domestic and International sex and human trafficking.

Bond University Limited has not only violated our trust but also breached the Trade Practices Act (TPA) s59. It's time they face justice for their actions. The university must immediately refund all payments made for academic degrees that proved worthless plus pay all financial interest on previously paid amounts.

Furthermore, we demand additional maximum financial compensation for decades of misconduct including misleading advertising practices; educational negligence; university sexual offences; financial fraud; gaslighting; sex trafficking.

This is not just about me or a few individuals - this is about thousands of victims who trusted an institution that was supposed to educate us but instead exploited us in unimaginable ways. This petition seeks justice not just for myself but also for countless others who have suffered at the hands of Bond University Limited and these Other Alleged Criminal and Civil Accused Parties;
