Hello to all! I am here to bring awareness of a non profit organization. Although this organization can be very helpful and appropriate for certain situations when warranted, their protocols, procedures, and tactics  are very unprofessional, inappropriate, abusive, invasive,  and extremely dangerous!

For those who don’t know, clackamas county children’s center is a non profit center dedicating their services to children who are victims of abuse.  (Very awesome you may say?)  That is until you realize they are simply a one sided driven organization, without even a remote thought of getting said accusers side of the story! The simple problem here is that there are 2 sides to every story, and children’s center is only getting one side. A parent can simply alienate another parent without cause or just. This is simply abuse of the system.

Here’s my story; My children’s mother and I separated three years ago. Everything was in place and a verbal Agreement for parenting time also in place that was followed for over a year and a half up until she decided to get angry with me over a new girlfriend I had, which is when she decided to “get back at me”.  She took my children to the children’s Center and reported abuse. The children’s center helped her with paperwork, spoke with all 3 of my children, and then proceeded with recommendations and accommodations. (awesome Awesome, you may say!)Here is where the plot gets twisted and tangled. The mother of my children is known very well with DHS and the clackamas county courts, she has multiple documented reports of founded abuse, as well as criminal convictions for child abuse,  (hitting a 5 year old in the eye and leaving a bruise, as well as strangulation of her own child. (one in which we do not share together) stemming back the last 15 years with the most recent being in 2016.

The clackamas county Children’s center was proud and happy to work with this known abuser! They have made recommendations contradicting, legal law, family law, as well as DHS recommendations. Which is very inappropriate.(How can a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting children make recommendations that  both law enforcement and DHS see as not necessary to make?)  

As a community outreach center, they need to be held to a higher standard! These are supposed to be people of integrity and honor that we can trust. We have only one simple request from the children’s center, just one. We request they hear both sides of the story! We ask that they change their procedures and protocols to prevent further damage to society and the people they are supposedly protecting. We asked that they no longer work with known abusers, as their procedures and protocols help them to further commit abuse.  (Mental abuse as well as parental alienation)

As we all know, DHS and Law enforcement provide their due diligence when investigating reports of harm or abuse to a child. They will will take immediate actions to prevent further abuse from occurring. 

In my situation the only course of action taken was by The clackamas county children’s center.

They  initiated and assisted a failed attempt to obtain a FAPA order through the courts, by using false information and lies presented to the  courts. The FAPA order was granted that day via ExParte, only to have it dismissed 3 days later at a hearing. The the accused party was able to present evidence that provided inconsistencies in the abused parties claims. ( Had children’s center interviewed the accused party prior to the recommendation, they would not have proceeded to assist) Over a month after the incident occurred they provided 3 copies of a repetend recommendation for 3 children. Ages, 10, 13, and 15. The recommendations were not personal to each child either. (They also stated they are not legal documents)

The mother of my children , a multiple time convicted child abuser was able to use The children’s center in an abusive form. Due to their one sided method of approach. Which has in return allowed her to manipulate, speak bad about me and brainwash my children, with the help of The children’s center.

There is 2 sides to every story. It’s very simple, interview the accused person.
