Living in Olonyori Estate in Mlolongo, Kenya, has become financially challenging due to exorbitant water tariffs imposed by our estate management. We are urging the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) to conduct due diligence on the water metrics and tariff structures implemented by the estate management. It is imperative to ensure fair and accurate water usage measurements for every household, allowing us to pay only for what we genuinely consume.
