Demand fair treatment for contracted Spark drivers, and gig workers wrongfully deactivated

Demand fair treatment for contracted Spark drivers, and gig workers wrongfully deactivated
The Issue
As a driver for Spark, Walmart's delivery driver mobile app, I, at the time of deactivation, had completed 423 trips, many of which included multiple stops, totalling aproximately 1000 orders delivered. I was always on time with a 100% on-time arrival rate and 0% dropped orders. However, like many other hardworking drivers like me, out of no where, our accounts got deactivated, without any serious cause or reason. Leaving us jobless in this hell hole economy.
This arbitrary deactivation has caused significant financial loss to me and numerous other dedicated workers, who performed their jobs to the best of their abilities. We demand that the Spark driving platform reactivate all driver accounts deactivated without any egregious cause or reason, in a timely manner. There is no reason an appeal needs to take more than a few days if not a few hours.
If the cause of these mass deactivations were cyber criminals, why hasn't the FBI been notified of this substantial problem, or have they, if so what the hell is taking them so long to stop the culprits? Can spark really be that helpless? Maybe they are just incompetent, because they dont realize the magnitude of the problem, or know how to deal with it? do I have to contact the FBI myself? Then I will, and I emplor all signers to join me and write and/or call the FBI, to urge them to get those ahole cyber criminals. This is worthy of life without internet, another law we need to inact. People who try to make an honest living, are still waiting for our accounts to be activated, alot of drivers claim that it takes 1 months, that is unacceptable.
Furthermore, we call upon the company to compensate us for the orders lost during this period of unwarranted deactivation. It is only fair that we are paid for the work we were prepared to do but were prevented from doing so due to no fault of our own.
We request State and city level lawmakers to make a few decisions on this whole problem, to start considering ballot measures, to protect wrokers from companies taking weeks upon weeks to resolve an issue, accidental or malicious, which caused their wrongful deactivation. Don't allow any gig worker and contract worker to be exploited, by companies that use them to deliver their orders, then don't do enough to help get us active, quickly, to get back to work asap, especially when deactivation was wrongful, without merit.
We also urge Spark to investigate why these deactivations happened in such a malicious or unwilling manner and address this issue transparently. If anyone has benefited from causing this issue purposely in order to gain potential jobs taken from those deactivated, they must be held accountable.
The treatment of contracted drivers needs improvement - it is not just about us as individuals but about maintaining trust in gig economy platforms like Spark where thousands find their livelihoods.
Please sign this petition if you believe in fair treatment and compensation for all workers including those working tirelessly behind wheels delivering your orders!
