As ardent fans and supporters of the Chicago Sky, we were dismayed and shaken by the sudden and unexplained ousting of our Head Coach, Teresa Weatherspoon. This year was supposed to be one of growth, of trial and error, a season where hits or misses were expected. However, we believe that the messaging from the management to Coach Teresa or to us fans was not conveyed appropriately.

It is a matter of serious concern and a formal grievance against the Chicago Sky's management calling for the immediate apology toCoach Teresa for hiring under false pretenses. Coaching requires commitment and dedication, both of which Coach Teresa demonstrated tirelessly. Her sudden dismissal not only disrupts her life financially and emotionally without plausible justification but also shakes our faith in the team's management.

To echo the sentiments and concerns of all fans, we demand an explanation from the Chicago Sky Management on this sudden decision. Furthermore, we insist that Coach Teresa Weatherspoon be appropriately compensated for the disruption caused to her life.
