I am a resident of the Brank Hill Mobile Home Park in Harrison, OH, USA. My family and I are being pushed to the brink of homelessness due to unjustified rent increases and utility overcharges by our property management. We have reached out numerous times only to be ignored or dismissed with no changes made. This is not just our story; it's the reality for many families living here.

We demand that the rent and utilities at Branch Hill Mobile Home Park be lowered to an affordable rate for all tenants. The current rates are pushing hard-working families into financial hardship without any justification or transparency from property management.

Furthermore, we insist on improvements in infrastructure within the park - specifically, road widening and maintenance including snow prevention/removal during winter months. The current state of roads poses a safety risk as cars cannot pass each other comfortably.

We also call for reimbursement for all tenants who have been overcharged without proper documentation from property management. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.

In addition, we seek compensation for those whose lease agreements have been violated by property management actions. Tenants' rights should always be respected and upheld.

Lastly, we propose the creation of a communal area within the park where children can play safely instead of running around in streets which pose potential danger due to traffic issues.
