Demand Fair Pricing for Hockey League Fees in Clarksville Adult Hockey League (NPAHA)

Demand Fair Pricing for Hockey League Fees in Clarksville Adult Hockey League (NPAHA)
The Issue
For many of us in the Clarksville community, hockey is more than a game; it's a passion, a lifeline, a form of bonding and community-building. As members of a thriving hockey community, we are saddened and frustrated by the excessive increase in league fees imposed by the Nashville Predators Adult Hockey League and the Ford Ice Center. These rising costs are threatening our access to the game we deeply love.
Additional policies have further complicated our struggle by negatively impacting members of the military and first responders, who form an integral part of our community and league. These players often have to relocate due to service commitments and are penalized by rigid stipulation rules that lack compassion and understanding for their unique circumstances.
Recognizing that the operations of such leagues come with substantial costs, we're not asking for free services but a fair, reasonable, and community-friendly pricing structure. Fielding a team shouldn't only be feasible for the higher-income bracket but should remain an inclusive activity that fosters camaraderie, community spirit, and hearty competition for all adults in our community.
Moreover, we also respect the broader role Ford Ice Center plays in facilitating other hockey rinks and believe that rules devised by them should keep in mind the realities of every individual rink and avoid blanket stipulations that could be detrimental.
Let us remind Sabretooth Sports LLC and the Nashville Predators Adult Hockey League that hockey is not just a sport – it is a community, a sanctuary, and a source of strength for many. We are united in our plea for fairer pricing and more considerate policies.
We urge all residents of Clarksville, TN, hockey fans, players, and community advocates to join us in this petition. Let's show the Nashville Predators Adult Hockey League, Ford Ice Center, and Sabretooth Sports that we want to keep hockey accessible to everyone. Sign now to support fair and equitable playing conditions for our beloved hockey community.
