I, like many others, have witnessed the rampant exploitation in our current job market. Middle vendors claim a staggering 70% of the contract amount paid by clients, leaving workers with hardly a fraction of what they've rightfully earned. This disproportionate division of payment is not just my personal struggle but an issue affecting the job market universally.

Unraveling this further, research shows that these practices contribute significantly to wealth inequality. In fact, according to a report by the Economic Policy Institute, income inequalities have risen nearly 14% in the United States over the past five decades, stemming in large part from such employment practices (Economic Policy Institute, 2020). This immense disparity in wealth distribution is alarming and calls for urgent rectification.

It's time to demand a fair job market where workers are compensated appropriately for their work. We owe this much to our diligent workforce whose sweat, toil, and dedication drive the country's prosperity. It's time we call an end to the outrageous dominance of middle vendors over contract payments. Let's ensure our hard-working community gets the pay that aligns with their efforts and skills.
