Workplace PTO policies should permit employees to utilize their vacation and leave time as they see fit, without unnecessary restrictions or retribution.

Vetcor, a company that professes to care for animals, must also extend that care to its human employees. Fair compensation, including overtime pay and the freedom to use PTO, is not just an employee wish; it's a right and a necessity for a healthy and productive work environment.
