I am a dedicated gamer, like many of you, who has grown tired of Riot Games' relentless attempts to exploit the community. Their disregard for feedback and lack of communication have led to an increasingly frustrating gaming experience. The introduction of gacha-style monetization for Skin Chromas for both rift and TFT is just the latest in a long line of low-effort cash grabs.  Is their focus on the true damage mythic chroma and predatory monetization efforts the reason for the fiasco that is Redeemed Xayah and Rakan? Why are they so insistent on ignoring community feedback only when it suits them or when getting harassed or threatened (coven syndra/seraphine)?

Riot Games has consistently ignored our voices as we've called for fairer practices. Their focus seems solely on their bottom line rather than providing a quality gaming experience that respects its players' investments.

According to SuperData Research, Riot Games earned nearly $1.5 billion in revenue in 2019 alone (SuperData Research, 2020) and this year they claimed to have the highest budget ever. Yet despite this massive income, they continue to push exploitative monetization strategies that devalue our contributions and undermine the integrity of the game.

We must stand together against these tactics. We demand transparency from Riot Games and insist they reevaluate their monetization strategies with respect for their player base at the forefront. It's time they listen to us - the gamers who have made them successful - instead of dismissing our concerns.
