The treatment by management, directors, and Human Resources is often unfair and disrespectful. There is a lack of empathy and sympathy from the administration, coupled with unprofessional leadership skills. Discrimination within the workplace prevents employees' voices from being heard. We urge the St. Joseph’s hospital administration to address these issues immediately by ensuring fair compensation for all staff members and fostering a respectful work environment free of discrimination.
