Demand Exoneration For Wrongful Conviction in Kings County, California

Demand Exoneration For Wrongful Conviction in Kings County, California
The Issue
I am a servant of God and the community, dedicated to spreading the Gospel through music and providing aid to those in need. From 2009 to 2016, I served communities throughout California as an Evangelist Minister, helping the homeless, mentoring troubled youth, and supporting battered women and men in broken marriages. However, my mission was abruptly halted when I was wrongfully convicted of crimes I did not commit.
In 2016, false allegations led to my unexpected arrest in Hanford California, Kings County. Despite having an alibi that could prove my innocence beyond doubt; it was never presented at trial due to ineffective counsel from my appointed public defender. This gross miscarriage of justice has left me fighting for freedom through an appeal process.
According to The National Registry of Exonerations (University of Michigan Law School), since 1989 there have been over 2,400 exonerations in the United States with more than half being people of color. This statistic is a stark reminder that wrongful convictions are not isolated incidents but rather systemic failures within our justice system.
I urge you all today - let us stand together against this injustice and demand a fair trial where all evidence can be presented without bias or prejudice. Your signature can help correct this grave injustice and restore faith in our judicial system by ensuring everyone receives their rightful chance at proving their innocence.
Please sign this petition demanding a fair retrial of my case or complete exoneration; your support could make all the difference between freedom and continued wrongful imprisonment.
