For years, myself and other residents of Oceanside, CA have witnessed distressing incidents of discrimination. Certain demographics are being treated differently and unfairly, especially when compared to those seemingly preferred by the property manager, Candelaria De Leon. This unfair treatment is not just morally unacceptable, it's also illegal under Californian law. 

The situation has soured further over the past couple of years. Along with the rise of discrimination, there's been a significant downfall in how well our property is maintained. As tenants, we deserve the assurance that our homes will be in good condition, but sadly, this has not been the case.

No person should live in fear of harassment or discrimination in their own home. As per the Fair Housing Act, it is our right to live free from housing discrimination "based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability."

We seek your support to demand that our property achieve managerial change, ensure fairness and equality for all residents, and prioritize property maintenance immediately. We are not just tenants; we are part of a community that deserves respect and safe and well-maintained living conditions.
