As an avid player of The Finals, I am deeply concerned about the recent wave of shadowbans that have affected thousands of innocent players.

 Following a recent update to the game's anti-cheat system, harmless third-party software such as Logitech GHub, Razer Synapse, Corsair iCUE and Armory Crate are being detected as cheatware. This overly aggressive system has resulted in a massive number of undeserved bans.

The impact is severe. Players are greeted with a disheartening message - "Server error; we cannot connect you to a match." This is not just an inconvenience; it's an unfair punishment for those who have done nothing wrong.

Embark staff has remained silent on this issue, leaving us players feeling ignored and frustrated. We demand action from Embark to rectify this problem and revise their anti-cheat system so that legitimate players can return to enjoying the game they love.

This issue affects thousands of other innocent players who have been unjustly banned due to this overly aggressive anti-cheat system. It's time for Embark to listen and take action.

The Beta is almost over and impacted players cannot finish their battlepass or try to obtain their diamond. This has a direct impact on the game when it is released and it's not fair to players who are not shadowbanned.

As a reminder, Shadowbanning is the act of muting a user or their content on a platform without informing them. In our situation, we can no longer play but nothing informs us that we are banned, however if we use another account we can play normally.
