Demand CSUCI Police to Release Withheld Records of Personal Interest

The Issue

Hello. I am Terri Mansour, a whistleblower and former employee of California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI). My civil rights have been systematically violated by CSUCI as they continue to withhold crucial police records and obstruct justice. After I exposed discriminatory practices at CSUCI, I faced severe retaliation, harassment, and ultimately constructive termination. Despite CSUCI Police Department’s policy to produce police reports within 10 days, I have been waiting over 5 years.

My case includes detailed documentation, including email correspondences from CSU’s General Counsel, Chief of Police, and Human Resources, revealing their efforts to hide records that I am lawfully entitled to as a party mentioned in the reports. These records are essential in exposing the discrimination and wrongful acts at CSUCI, and the institution’s refusal to release them is an outright violation of transparency and civil rights.

I’m calling on civil rights advocates, legal professionals, and concerned citizens to join me in demanding accountability and the release of these records. Please sign this petition to support transparency, justice, and civil rights.
