During his term as the general manager, the Cowboys have won only three Super bowls out of the eight they participated, the last success being in 1995. Their performance has since been marked by continuous disappointments, with sporadic playoff participation and no Super Bowl appearances over the last 25 years. This dismal record is a clear indicator that change is needed.
