We, a group of dedicated workers, strive to produce quality pizzas for our customers. We have recently come to understand the damaging impacts of the Clark National Account's decision to replace our trusted Domino's 4 1/4" x 3" High-Heat Black Pan Spatula item #667E201187 with the metal item #470M18300NH—8" x 3" High-Heat Solid Rounded Edge Spatula. This seemingly insignificant change has a substantial impact on our everyday work lives and the quality of the pizzas we serve.

This new metal spatula causes noticeable and persistent damage to the interior of our metal bake pans, leading to our pizzas sticking and breaking while trying to remove them. The result is an unacceptable level of waste, not only in the product cost to remake the pizzas affected but also the cost of replacing damaged pans beyond repair more often.
