On October 19-20, 2024 Jane Doe was drugged, trafficked, and gang-raped. Tortured for 7 hours at the hands of at least 7 men. When the incident was reported, no follow ups were conducted with Jane Doe or any witnesses. Evidence provided to Campus Police was not turned over to the District Attorney. A systemic failure that is all too common that fails victims of sexual assault, almost entirely women. We demand change! Two of the seven were allegedly expelled while the remaining 5 were asked to write essays reflecting on their behavior (almost certainly all 5 were "written" by AI). This was deemed acceptable punishment.

We demand that the following 7 men be immediately expelled and banned from campus and proof of their expulsion be released:

Lee Jun Hyung, aka Winston Lee, aka Jay Lee

Scott Norris
Scott Kretzschmar

We demand an independent, 3rd party investigation into the systemic failures of Administrators, Faculty, Staff, Campus Police, and Policies in the cover up, lack of investigation, and/or outright dismissal of Sexual Assault and Rape cases at Cornell University, including but not limited to the October 19-20, 2024 attack.

We demand that the following fired, for cause:

President, Michael Kotlikoff
Associate VP of Public Safety, David Honan
Vice President of Student & Campus Life , Ryan Lombardi
Vice President of University Relations, Kyle Kimball
Title IX Officers, Lauren Branchini (Coordinator), Samantha Freeburn (Deputy Coordinator), Zach Dubord (Investigator), &  Christie White (Investigator)
Cornell University Chief of Police, Eric Stickel

Furthermore, we demand that the results of the investigation be released publicly and any/all Administrators, Faculty, and Staff involved in the events related to the 2024 Drugging, Gang Rape, & Torture of Jane Doe (and any other failures discovered beyond this individual case) also be fired for cause. 

We also demand that any and all policy changes and personnel changes as a result of the investigation be made public.
