During the 2020 United States Presidential Election, President Donald Trump attempted to undermine our Nation's democracy by contesting the election results of specific States. The extent of the President's opposition was not simple legal challenges and legally obligated recount of votes that any candidate should be entitled to, but the dissemination of vast misinformation to the mass public in efforts to change the election results for personal gain. These efforts involved the intimidation of Georgia's Secretary of State to "find" the necessary amount of votes needed to secure the State's electoral college votes.

On January 20, 2021, President-elect Joseph Biden will be sworn into office.  However, just because Donald Trump will no longer be President, it does not mean that members of the United States Senate, who supported the efforts to undermine American democracy, will not still exist.  We the people call on the United States Senate to censure any member who sought to perpetuate this baseless attack on our Nation's core principals 

We call on the Senate to censure the following Senators listed, who came to the floor of the Senate to debate the elections results of States other than the States they represent, and to attack the votes and electors certified by that State.

Additionally, we note that these Senators continued to support their position of opposing State-certified election results, even after the heinous attack on the Capitol building which interrupted the certification debate on January 6, 2021, as reflected by their "Yea" votes on the objection to electoral votes of Arizona and Pennsylvania:

Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith, MS (Both AZ and PA)
