This petition is to demand a ceasefire and for the world governments to stop funding Isreal in their endeavors to eliminate Palestinians from their native land of Palestine. The devastating impact on innocent lives, particularly children have saddened the world. Over 12,000 babies and children have been caught in the crossfire due to ongoing conflicts. Many more are suffering from starvation as a result of Israel's inhumane tactics to block humanitarian aid. Not only are people starving due to these tactics, hospitals are being bombed with innocent civilians inside and surgery is being done without anesthesia.

Palestine has been home to Palestinians for centuries, but their existence is being threatened. The funding provided by world governments, specifically the United Nations, fuels this conflict further by supporting Israel with billions of dollars and military equipment.

The human rights violations are alarming and cannot be ignored any longer. According to Human Rights Watch (2021), Israeli authorities are committing crimes against humanity of apartheid and persecution.

It is time for us all to stand up against these injustices. We demand an immediate ceasefire in Palestine and call upon world governments - particularly the United Nations - to stop funding Israel until they adhere strictly to international law regarding human rights.
