This issue is deeply personal to us. Arian Rivera and supervision Sabrina Saliba is  harshly mistreating us in our work environment. We are denied basic rights like socializing at work, or even a mere moment's rest. The stress is unbearable, and the animosity is palpable to the point where many of us contemplate resigning. This unjust treatment has forced us to make a stand.

The Workplace Rights Act of 2013 empowers employees to fight against workplace bullying, intimidation, and unjust treatment. These incidents are not only damaging to the employees' mental health but also infringed upon our legal rights to a safe and healthy working environment (Government of Florida, 2020).

We are pleading with our store manager to invest in improving the current working conditions in our workplace. We deserve respect and compassion from our immediate superiors. We are not mere machines, but human beings crying out for justice. Enough is enough, and this is a call for necessary change. We do not want to quit. We want to stay but in a better environment. Please, sign this petition, and let our voice be heard, demanding respectful treatment and better working conditions at our workplace.
