As a customer with an open claim, I am deeply concerned about the ongoing issues with Amigo Loans. The company has been found guilty of distributing false information to customers and delaying the payment of redress that is rightfully owed. This situation has been ongoing for up to four years for some customers , leaving many in financial distress and uncertainty.

The court had previously agreed to a scheme of arrangement, but Amigo Loans has continually delayed this process. Moreover, their customer service agents have been providing misleading information which only adds to the confusion and frustration experienced by customers like myself.

It appears that the Financial Conduct Authority is not adequately monitoring this situation. This lack of oversight allows such unethical practices to continue unchallenged.

This petition seeks immediate action from Amigo Loans – we demand transparency in communication and prompt payment of redress owed. Additionally, we call upon the Financial Conduct Authority for fairer monitoring of this situation.
