Demand action from Kolby Pulsipher for Ephraim residents
The Issue
We stand in solidarity with the residents of an Ephraim, Utah, trailer court against the abuses of Kolby Pulispher, owner of Kingdom Management, LLC and the property on which they live.
Pulsipher moved and damaged multiple mobile homes and severed their utility connections at the end of September 2020. Some of the residents have gone without water, sewer, gas, and electricity for weeks without any recourse.
We possess testimony and documentary evidence that proves Pulsipher has been taking advantage of these residents financially through absurd fines and has threatened to keep deposits if residents seek to move out.
Our communities must hold bad actors accountable for this kind of inhumane treatment, especially as freezing temperatures hit Sanpete Valley. These families need your solidarity and support.
We demand Kolby Pulsipher restore these homes to a functioning state immediately.
