As a single mother of three living in Florence, SC, I witness the terror that gun violence instills in our community daily. My children and I live in constant fear due to the increasing incidents of gun violence affecting innocent people and their families. Many are too frightened to speak up about this tragedy because of potential retaliation against them. This silence is deafening and detrimental to our community's growth and safety.

Gun violence is not just a national issue; it's a local crisis here in Florence, SC. These statistics are not just numbers but represent real people - our neighbors, friends, family members who have been victims of this senseless violence.

As an advocate for my community, I am willing to fight for our voices to be heard and protected. We need immediate action from local authorities and lawmakers to implement stricter gun control measures and provide resources for those affected by these tragic events.
Innocent people are suffering from gunshots to their property, we also pay a lot to live here and we are not comfortable in our homes. I’m thankful that people are willing to speak up, so far everything is going well.
