Our payroll firm heavily depends on the software provided by AccountantsWorld for processing client payroll. As key users and stakeholders of this service, we recently faced frustrating challenges due to changes made by AccountantsWorld to the employer tax setup. The newly introduced format necessitates the addition of tax IDs when adding a new state, adding unnecessary complications and interruptions to our payroll processes. This alteration has caused significant issues as no other payroll systems require this tedious setup. There's a practical reason why they don't—it's ineffective and counterproductive.

These changes by AccountantsWorld haven't just impacted our operations, but they have also been detrimental to our clients' businesses. 

AccountantsWorld can, and should, revert their employer tax setup back to its original format. By doing so, they will promote an efficient, straightforward process that benefits all parties involved. We aren't asking for the impossible—just for a return to an approach that served us perfectly well before this unnecessary and troublesome change.
