At present, I have not received a clear explanation for the restriction. My understanding is that my involvement included participation in or support of a petition concerning issues within the FetLife community. The petition referenced publicly available information regarding FetLife and its founder. The identity of FetLife’s creator is public information and was not confidential, private, or obtained through improper means. As a paying member of FetLife, I believe it is reasonable to expect transparency regarding significant actions taken against my account, particularly when those actions affect access to services for which I have paid. I would also appreciate clarification regarding the legal and policy basis for this decision. While FetLife operates under Canadian jurisdiction, the platform publicly states that it voluntarily complies with various legal and regulatory standards. As such, I would like assurance that all actions taken against my account have been conducted in accordance with applicable laws, your Terms of Use, published policies, and principles of fair and consistent enforcement. Identification of the exact Terms of Use, Rules, Policies, or Community Guidelines allegedly violated. 3. Information regarding any review or appeal process available to challenge the decision. 4. Confirmation as to whether my participation in, support of, or association with a petition played any role in the decision. 5. Preservation of all records relating to my account, including moderation notes, reports, complaints, enforcement actions, internal communications, and correspondence relevant to this matter.
