2257 Exemption Jurisdiction and Voluntary Compliance This website (“FetLife”) is operated by BitLove Inc., a Canadian entity based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and does not fall under the jurisdiction of United States law. Nevertheless, the operators have chosen to voluntarily comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R.
