This is a story of hardship, profound injustice, and unaccountability. I Have  incurred expenses totaling over $6,000 for rental car fees and car repairs that should have been covered by Allstate. My claim was opened on January 16, but was mishandled and not appropriately addressed until March which it was then denied.To add insult to injury, I encountered sexist remarks diminishing my intelligence because I'm a woman, particularly with regards to understanding matters related to my car from an adjustor. 

Unfortunately, my experience with Allstate's unscrupulous practices is far from unique. Across the board, this insurance giant is notorious for denying legitimate claims under the pretext that the issues are pre-existing, even when they are not. This behavior is characteristic of a predatory company that charges customers continuously, but fails to offer the protection promised when the time comes.

Pervasive sexism, as I experienced, is a grave concern too, indicating a culture of disrespect and gross misconduct. It is essential we address this head on, demanding equal respect and professional conduct for all, regardless of their gender.

These predatory practices have an enormous impact on real people's lives. That's why we're calling on local and national authorities to hold Allstate accountable for their actions.
