The Issue

My mother, living alone on a farm, was left heartbroken this Mother's Day. She eagerly awaited her gift of flowers that never arrived. After reading online reveiws and comments we quickly learned this emotional trauma was not unique to us but is shared by countless customers who have been let down by this company's poor customer service and product delivery.

Year after year, the company has failed to address systemic issues in its operations. Orders arrive looking different than advertised, products are not delivered on time - often during critical life events when people are counting on these products the most. The emotional damage caused when gifts don't show up for loved ones, especially those who are lonely or grieving, is immeasurable.


The CEO Jim McCann, Brand President  Abhay Patel and other board members must be held accountable for these failures. It's high time they take responsibility for the pain their negligence causes to good hard working customers. 


We demand an immediate review of their customer service policies and delivery mechanisms to ensure that no other customer experiences such heartbreak again.
