I am writing this petition out of personal concern and distress. Several of my friends have lost their Facebook and Instagram accounts due to the actions of one individual, Orion Perez DumDum . Not only has he insulted people on these platforms, but he has also harassed them, causing significant emotional distress.

Orion Perez Dumdum's actions are not limited to cyberbullying. He is also spreading political thoughts from the Philippines in Singapore, which is against the ASEAN non-intervention rules. This rule prohibits a citizen of an ASEAN nation from promoting political agendas in another ASEAN country.

The impact of his actions goes beyond individual harm; it threatens to create political unrest in Singapore by promoting his own dangerous political agendas. This misuse of online platforms must be addressed urgently.

We request that Mr. Orion Perez Dumdum be held accountable for his cyberbullying activities and for spreading political thoughts outside his home country in violation of ASEAN rules.
