As a proud member of a family deeply rooted in the service and defense of this great nation, I am appalled at the recent actions taken by certain members of our United States Congress. My father dedicated 35 years to serving in the United States military, with five years in the Air Force and 30 years in the Army. His own father flew fighter planes during World War II, and my sister is recognized as a Daughter of the American Revolution. Our commitment to this country runs deep.

Yet, we find ourselves struggling along with countless other Americans who can barely afford rent or groceries while witnessing our elected officials misuse taxpayer funds on foreign aid. The recent celebration involving members waving Ukrainian flags on the house floor after approving $95 billion for Ukraine was not only disrespectful but also indicative of misplaced priorities.

While international aid is important, it should not come at such high costs to our own citizens or national security. Reports have surfaced about Chinese special forces soldiers and Islamic Jihadis being transported to hotels near us at taxpayer expense - an alarming development that requires immediate attention.

This petition demands that every member involved be held accountable for their actions which could amount to treason under U.S law (18 U.S.C § 2381). We call upon Capitol police to investigate these incidents thoroughly and take appropriate action against those found guilty.
