Demand Accountability for Judicial Corruption in Dallas Family Court System

Demand Accountability for Judicial Corruption in Dallas Family Court System
The Issue
As a Latino veteran who served in the Marine Corps infantry for 10 years, and as a 90% disabled individual with PTSD and TBI, I am calling attention to the grave injustices happening within the Dallas Family Court system. I am an entrepreneur, I have owned a gym, and I have two beautiful daughters. And yet, despite these accomplishments, the court system seems to be using my PTSD stigma against me, depriving me of due process. Alarming systemic corruption and racial and gender biases are at play and stifling my voice.
Over the past month, I have diligently filed 27 motions related to my ongoing divorce case. These included urgent matters such as Emergency Injunctions, Motions for Immediate Hearings, and Motions to Protect My Business and Digital Privacy. Regrettably, not a single one has been ruled on. This delay is not only a gross violation of my fundamental rights but also a complete mockery of justice.
Similar experiences by countless others indicate that this isn't an isolated incident, but an entrenched systemic issue. We must shine a light on this issue and demand an immediate federal review of the Dallas court district.
This is a call to fellow veterans, citizens, advocates for justice, and those who believe in equality. Please add your voice to this campaign and join me in demanding fair treatment and equal access to justice, irrespective of our personal struggles or racial and ethnical backgrounds. Stand with me to expose and challenge the corruption within the Dallas Family Court system. Your signature can make a difference. Sign this petition now.
