I am writing this petition out of personal frustration and despair. For far too long, the Nest Team - who work on behalf of Rochdale Social Services - have let us down through their conduct and actions toward the vulnerable. I believe they target vulnerable women and upend families, using their pasts against them to falsify and shape reports to their advantage. This not only hurts individuals and families but harms our community and society at large.

These actions are taken under the pretext of social welfare, however, it appears there is an underlying agenda. The Nest Team seems to use these situations to secure government funding, exploiting both the families involved and taxpayers. This misuse of power and violation of trust must end now. Misconduct and unethical behavior should not be tolerated.

An independent investigation into how many previous reports have been based on past history rather than current situations is necessary. A close examination of the Nest Team's practices can ensure that such manipulative tactics are put to an end, all the while preserving the integrity of Rochdale Social Services and serving the true needs of our community.

Together we can demand accountability and reform of this system that was designed to protect us but has failed many. It is an appeal to ensure fair treatment, promote justice, and bring about essential change within our social services.
