As an owner in Town Park Plaza North Condo Association, I am deeply distressed by the ongoing deterioration of our community. The blatant disregard for owners' rights, non-payment of association fees by some members, and increasing crime on the premises are just a few of the issues plaguing our once thriving community.

The lack of adherence to established bylaws and policies is not only causing discord among residents but also leading to legal complications such as Mastermind Construction's lawsuit. The unresolved CRA 19 unit chokehold issue further exacerbates the situation.

Our parking facilities are inadequate; conditions of units have declined due to neglect; insurance coverage is questionable; property upkeep is subpar, and arbitrary closure of gates has restricted access for rightful owners. These issues reflect a gross mismanagement that needs immediate rectification.

As residents of Miami, FL, we understand that our city thrives on diversity and respect for individual rights. We believe it's time our Condo Association reflects these values too.

We call upon all concerned authorities to intervene immediately in this matter - ensure transparency in operations, enforce payment of dues from defaulting members, improve security measures against crime within premises, uphold owners' rights as per bylaws and policies, resolve pending lawsuits amicably while preventing future ones through better governance practices.
