Like many in our neighborhood, I've been on the receiving end of frivolous violation letters. Inconsistent standards plague our community, casting a pall over our everyday lives. Our concerns extend beyond mere dissatisfaction - we are voicing deep-rooted anxieties shared by many in the Riata community. Borders need to be redrawn regarding our community managerial direction. We are calling for a comprehensive review and removal of existing board members and a significant change in the current Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and Community Manager. With no standardized rules and personal attacks on homeowners that are inconsistent compared to other residents, our community is stumbling, swaying under the arbitrary dictates of the existing board. 

Imposing inconsistent guidelines disrupts the harmonious living of the Riata community. It breeds an environment of unnecessary hostility and mistrust. It's time for a change. For transparent, equitable policies. For board members who care about this community just as we do.

Does the ACC or CM respond to your requests on time? Do you view inconsistencies with violation letters? Does Riata landscape maintenance conditions match the request of violation letters you have received from the board of directors? Are you disgusted when you turn into the Riata subdivision and the sight that you see along Fairlawn? But the board of directors expects you to maintain your landscape? It's time for a huge change.
