My wife, accompanied by our one-year-old son, recently had an upsetting experience at the Forest Hills Post Office. She was there to pick up a package for me while I was away for work. An employee named Mary treated her rudely and raised her voice, causing my wife to break down in tears. This incident is not an isolated case but rather indicative of the ongoing poor service that has plagued our community.

The staff at this post office have consistently shown themselves to be rude and incompetent. As residents of Forest Hills, Queens, NY, we deserve better from our public services. We demand immediate reorganization and restructuring of the Forest Hills post office to ensure that all employees treat customers with respect and professionalism.

We are not alone in our dissatisfaction. According to data from the United States Postal Service's own customer satisfaction surveys (source: USPS), nationwide satisfaction rates have been declining over recent years due to similar issues.
