Dina is a mother, sister, grandma, auntie, cousin, and best friend to many. She is an innocent soul, and was brutally taken from us. The pain and grief we feel is immeasurable. Despite the overwhelming evidence of the crime, the courts in Denver, CO are considering a plea deal for the murderer. His maximum sentence would be 32 years. He could get out and live a life among others. He should never have a chance to leave a prison.

We demand that this animal be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. He took a mom from a 17 year old daughter and her son. Her son witnessed the scene. The scene was an absolute nightmare. The DA tried to convince the family there’s a possibility he might not get 32 years from a jury trial and/or be found not guilty. There was enough evidence to convict him and he confessed to killing her. There’s no doubt he would be found guilty of 1st degree murder and get life in prison. Why can’t his defense AND the District Attorney do the right thing and stop trying to convince us this is the best they can do?
