I've experienced this firsthand, as Coach Joseph has often lost his temper, making it difficult for us to feel motivated and supported during practices and games.

Coach Joseph’s approach is not only about discipline but often involves anger and a lack of patience. This has created an environment where we're more anxious than enthusiastic about showing up for our games. As athletes, we can only thrive when empowered and encouraged, not intimidated and silenced.

Coach Jorge on the other hand is the complete opposite. He's tough but knows how to harness motivation in a positive way, making practices challenging yet enjoyable. With him, there is respect and support, not fear and frustration. Under his guidance, we can grow not just as players but as individuals.

Making this coaching switch isn't just a personal request, it's beneficial for our entire team and our overall success. We owe it to everyone involved to have a coach who instills confidence, discipline, and joy in the sport we love. Let's urge the decision-makers to consider the welfare of the team and appoint Coach Jorge as our new head coach.
