Demand a CBI Investigation into Corruption in KPSC Examinations
The Issue
The Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) is responsible for conducting fair and transparent exams for government job aspirants.
However, multiple reports of corruption, paper leaks, and OMR tampering have raised serious concerns about the credibility of these examinations.
As responsible aspirants and citizens, we demand an immediate CBI investigation into the following issues:
1. FIRs Filed After KAS Preliminary Examination (December 29, 2024)
Two FIRs were registered at Upparpet and Vijayanagar Police Stations regarding fraudulent activities related to the KAS prelims exam.
An individual named Govindraju was arrested for allegedly collecting cheques from aspirants and parents, promising to help them clear the exam.
This raises serious doubts about the integrity of the exam process and potential large-scale malpractice.
2. OMR Sheet Tampering in the AEE Exam
KPSC itself admitted to corruption in the Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) recruitment.
A sub-committee report revealed that 10 of 24 candidates had tampered with their OMR sheets to manipulate their results.
Their selections were cancelled, exposing a deep-rooted issue within KPSC's examination system.
3. Suspicious CTI Exam Results
Candidates who had previously scored single-digit marks in other exams conducted just 2-3 months prior to the Commercial Tax Inspector (CTI) exam suddenly topped the merit list.
This drastic and unexplained jump in scores raises suspicions of exam manipulation or paper leaks.
Why is this important?
These irregularities destroy the dreams of honest candidates who work hard to clear these exams. We cannot allow corruption to decide the future of Karnataka's public service.
Our Demand :
1) A CBI investigation into these malpractices.
2) Accountability for those responsible.
3) Reforms in KPSC’s exam process to ensure fairness for all aspirants.
If you are a student, aspirant, or concerned citizen, sign this petition now to demand justice and protect the future of Karnataka's public services!
Your voice matters! Together, we can fight corruption and demand a fair selection process!
