Cadence residents deserve to be treated with respect and not live in fear of interacting with Randy Ellis. Randy's passive aggressive attitude and repeated microaggressions when speaking or communicating with residents is not well suited for this heart centered community. It's not always what you say but how you say it. Rules are in place for a reason but life is not black and white, but grey.
