In 2010 I reported an immense embezzlement of close to 30 million dollars  through the Private bank of California by the establishment of fraudulent accounts with insider assistance. With no response from the authorities or my attorneys  being 67, disabled and ill since the embezzlers altered my medication I was convinced to enter bankruptcy court by an attorney who guaranteed my cases would swiftly be heard. My Judge, Richard Neiter has stock in private Bank  and has for 3 years prevented a single case of mine from  being heard. The trustee  Bradley Sharpe is very close  to two members of the board of Private Bank as well as to one of the embezzlers  Sharps goal is to make me homeless and penniless by selling  everything I own. Including items of mine he has no right to sell. Bank Fraud is illegal on a State and National level and what the judge and trustee are doing is totally criminal. Bankruptcy court is a national embarrassment that must change now.
