As per the guidelines laid by Govt of Haryana, apart from regular electricity charges, the builder cannot deduct maintenance charges i.e. common area maintenance charges, water charges, club charges and others from the pre-paid electricity meters installed in individual households. However, Central Park Flower Valley Sohna has started charging CAM in the same pre-paid electricity meter.

Residents of Central Park Flower Valley are interested to put forward their grievances regarding the same so that the arbitrary policy of the builder St Patrick's and their own maintenance company "Crystaltown Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd." Is reversed.
