As we all know that on 17th Feb, Delhi University was reopened in complete offline mode. But some students still couldn't able to come to Delhi because of many reasons, it might be financial instability for some students. Also Delhi University didn't give us time to accommodate to Delhi meanwhile the classes were still going at that time. Now we want OBE beacuse when we have covered the 70% syllabus online then why should we give the exams in Offline mode. Offline exams must be taken from next semester. Ask from Daulat Ram College's students those who are still taking online classes because of the building work, how they can give offline exam at this time. So we all Delhi University students request the administration to provide us OBE mode for examination. Many of us are still facing problems. Think for each and every student who is studying in Delhi University, give us time to be stable in Delhi. We can't face this much of stress at the same time. Universities like BHU, MDU are already taking exams in hybrid mode.
