Jan Jurden, a Superior Court judge sentenced Robert H. Richards IV to probation for raping his 3-year-old daughter noting in her order that he "will not fare well" in prison.

Raping children is a CRIME. If no one is too white or rich to rape children, no one should be too white or rich to go to jail for raping children.

This judge has shown herself to be incapable of being impartial. She should be removed from her post.
