LEGISLATIVE PETITION FOR THE DELAWARE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

 WHEREFORE AS, in the united states of America, Slavery has been abolished since 1865, and that handsome race of peoples, who are Citizens, and whom have been deprived of their true Nationality, Divine Creed and Principles of their Ancient forefathers, and

WHEREFORE AS, the Citizens of all free National governments according to their National Constitution are all of one family bearing one free National name, those who fail to recognize the free National name of their Constitutional governments are classed as undesirables, and are subject to all inferior names and abuses and mistreatments that the Citizens care to bestow upon them, and it is a sin for any group of people to violate the National Constitutional laws of a free National government and cling to the names and principles that delude to slavery, and

WHEREFORE AS, the caste system of determining status, to grant privileges and opportunities by so-called Race, still exist, and is used abundantly in this united states of America, and

WHEREFORE AS, our National Constitution has defined and is evidence of the security of Human Rights, as well as Article 2 of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, that Indigenous peoples and individuals are free and equal to all other people and individuals and have the right to be free from any kind of discrimination; in the exercise of their rights, in particular that is based on their indigenous origin or identity, and

WHEREFORE AS, the City Council of the City of Wilmington Delaware, has recognized the descendants of the Ancient Moabites, with their Canaanite, Hittite, and Amorite brethren, who sojourned from the land of Canaan seeking homes, in this great land of America, North, Middle, and South, and also Mexico, and the Atlantis Islands before the great earthquake which caused the great Atlantic Ocean, and

WHEREFORE AS, the Moorish Americans peoples have not been afforded the opportunity to express and reflect their Nationality upon documents, papers, applications, personal effects and instruments abroad within this said State, and the neighboring forty nine (49) States, of the united states of America, etc., and

WHEREFORE AS, the names which delude to Slavery should also be Abolished, such as Negro, Black, Colored, Ethiopian, African American, etc., and any other misnomers, with cause, as they are marks placed upon the Moorish Americans in 1774, to indicate chattel property, and are not the true Nationality of such a great and beautiful people,

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the usage of Race, and Misnomers which delude to Slavery be forever Abolished, and only the True Nationality be expressed, practiced and taught to Indigenous peoples, here in the aforementioned State of Delaware, henceforth.
