Angelise Merced (15 at the time of the crime) was at a party playing with a gun on Instagram live While drunk and high. Emoni Boyd asked her to put the gun down, Angelise proceeded to end the live and pulled the trigger while taking pictures with the gun, the bullet hit Emoni in the face. After Emoni Was shot everybody including Angelise fled the scene and left Emoni to die. Angelise was charged with felony manslaughter, possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony, and felony possession of a firearm by a person prohibited. Angelise is now on house arrest getting drunk and high while on probation showing off her ankle monitor laughing like it’s a joke. A family lost the life of their child while this murderer walks the streets.  Delaware has failed the family of the Emoni. She deserves to be punished harshly.
