In posts that have since been deleted, Robert "Skippy" Carroll threatened businesses exercising their first amendment right to speak out against police brutality.  Carroll posted on his own Facebook page "we will destroy you" and posted on the Delaware County Lodge No. 27 Fraternal Order of Police page "if you choose to speak out against the police or our members we will do everything in our power to not support your business."

Deletion of the posts is an admission of guilt.  Carroll is the First Vice President of the Lodge and has demonstrated his true colors in these times of racial tensions.  There is no room for racist police in Delaware County, or in our country.  Carroll should resign or be removed from his position immediately.  We will not tolerate any level of racism among those who are supposed to protect and serve our community, the WHOLE community, including people of color and businesses who support people of color.
