The First Amendment is under attack -  not just from politicians, but from the very corporations entrusted with defending a free press and free expression.

When ABC folded under a $15 million lawsuit, they created a dangerous precedent: truth-tellers can be punished, while lies and cruelty thrive. That capitulation opened the floodgates.

This week, President Trump threatened ABC’s Jon Karl with an investigation simply for asking a tough, fair question  - emboldened by ABC’s earlier collapse.
Jimmy Kimmel was indefinitely silenced after he said:

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who killed Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.”
ABC called this “too insensitive.”

Meanwhile, Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade kept his job after saying:

“We should involuntarily euthanize innocent homeless people because they’re homeless.”
So let’s be clear: a comedian pointing out political hypocrisy is punished. A pundit suggesting genocide against the homeless is protected.

This is not freedom. This is a double standard. This is corporate cowardice.

We refuse to let corporations profit while trampling on our First Amendment rights. Until Disney/ABC defends freedom of expression, we pledge to:

Stop buying all Disney and ABC products
Refuse to visit Disneyland, Disney World, or any Disney resorts
Sell Disney stock and deny them our investments
Boycott every Disney-owned network and service

Disney owns far more than cartoons and theme parks. Through ABC, ESPN, FX, National Geographic, and A+E Networks, they control massive cultural influence. Every dollar we spend strengthens their hand in silencing voices they find inconvenient.
