UPDATE: This and another exact Unimog were sold last night Wed 13 Dec. People can continue to sign the petition if you wish to express your protest at @DefenceAust (Aust Defence Dept & Ministers) actions with these vehicles & equipment.  I will leave this petition open for a couple of weeks only to reply to comments or questions.

NOTE: Next Defence Military auction will be sometime in January 2024. Continuing to sign this petition may have an affect on what items/surplus are intended to disposed of by the Australian Government. If not, I will begin another petition similar to the Jackets & this/these Mercedes Unimogs.

 

This MERCEDES BENZ UNIMOG is a "unique" & SPECIAL recovery truck. Although it is a year 2000 model it has only travelled 3,717 KM.

THIS MERCEDES UNIMOG IS IDEAL FOR RECOVERING HEAVY EQUIPMENT WITH MINOR DAMAGE, SPECIALISED TROOP VEHICLES SUCH AS TANKS & BUSHMASTERS DONATED TO UKRAINE, WHICH MOST HOLD TECHNOLOGICAL MATERIALS/SECRETS THAT ALL DO NOT WANT RUSSIA TO CAPTURE. 

Ukraine military and/or private citizens volunteering close to the front-lines, are in desperate need of many vehicles, such as Ambulances, Pick Ups like a Toyota Hilux, Ford F100, F250 or F350, your usually 4WD RV like Toyota LandCruiser, Prado, Nissan Patrol etc for troop movement, citizen evacuations & even urgent evac' of injured personnel & private citizens.

ALL VEHICLES ABOVE are up for auction at Pickles Auctions (pickles.com.au) under military auctions to the general public TODAY, 7 December at 4pm and auction ends on 13 December 2023 at 2.30pm.

Also being put up for sale is equipment such as stretchers, gas masks, a hospital bed, oxygen kits, vital sign monitors etc, pallets and pallets of stuff better off in Ukraine.
